Im sorry to say this but as recent event have happened ive realized that im not the same player i was in season 5 more importantly the champs ive played have been dealt with finally so ive fallen off as a player.

I played alot of mid lane in season 5 then in season 6 i rotated to become a filler player i tried to learn all the roles so i can better help everyone in my gaming community learn at the very least the basics of all roles.

Now i play as a support main to better be of use to players but supports cant really carry games i can only set up carries what im trying to do is learn to play a carry role and how to set up carry for late game through decision making and objective control.

Please if you have the time to help someone who is passionate about league and wants to better themselves as a player and a person feel free to message me and add me in game-Kneelbeforezoth

Supports can't carry Kappa; should see me play Thresh sometime. Supports are actually one of the easiest roles to carry in if you're decent with stuff

its not a carry role the moment you start taking kills is when you lose sight of what you are, Support as in SUPPORT

Edit:add me and ill take you up on that as thresh is my main support atm

If you duo with an adc climbing will be much easier as you can expect relativley consistent results out of laning phase. If your looking to carry as a support (most dmg) you should be playing a mage support.

Carrying from support is possible but you are correct in that its not the traditional aspect. Carrying with a thresh or nautilus is absolutely possible with the right knowledge. If you want someone to do some coaching with ya I play both mid and support and am happy to help you in both roles. The meta of support is really fascinating right now and now more than ever they are able to carry games with the right knowledge.

i'm bad at 1v1s doe, i have like somewhere between 300-1000 games on thresh (i don't know how to keep track of games outside of ranked); and it's not taking kills that makes you the carry, it's the finding of the kills and being able to be the deciding factor in picks, vision control to set up those picks, as well as being able to properly choose who to cc in team fights to secure kills. I have outstanding team fight awareness especially in triple threat comps, where I can blind hook people with stealth abilities as they engage on us and peel off the engage and choose who gets focused first and whatnot. on top of that, the best thing for a support to do to carry right now is to roam. if you learn to start roaming well, especially on playmakers, it heavily impacts the game. my rule of thumb is that if the adc is trash, or if he's fed (aka i got him ahead) then i leave lane for like a solid 5 minutes and tell him to play safe while i impact the map and get all of our other lanes back ahead and secure objectives. carrying as a support is much different than carry as a carry because it's about how you impact the map without taking kills, but instead securing them. usually when i carry games roaming, i have like 15+ assists 20 minutes into p2-d4 elo games, and we usually stomp.
