D2 support looking for ranked 5s team

Looking for a team that will stick around and not get disbanded after a week. New and existing teams both ok. Plat/diamond team members are a must.

D2 sona main. I play sona/morg/thresh at diamond level. I will occasionally play blitz/leo/raka/ali/annie too depending on team comp. Finally I can play annie mid and rammus jg if support isn't what you're looking for.
