Starting a fresh team.

I'm looking for players to join me in ranked 5s. I'm plat 5 in solo que but wanna start experiencing the game with a better level of communication and different meta. I have a specific idea of how I want the structure of the team to be:

-We play to win -We are somewhat scheduled -We play to have fun more than to win -We don't rage, just focus on how to improve. If you're a hothead I get it, but at least be able to cool back down. -We are of the same skill level

5:30 pm Weekdays I get off and am always trying to play, so that's when we'd meet. I want us all to care about winning but put too much emotion into it. Since I'm P5 I guess I should ask for people around Gold 3+.

Hey, the names t3rmin8or, I'm only S II but I really like to play into a comp. I've been trying to climb for a bit now and hoping to get gold before season end. If you don't want to try anything silver I get that haha but I'd love to tryout if possible! I've got some decent mid and jungle mechanics.
