Former S1/S2 1800? elo looking for duo partners for Silver II

I play around 8pm-12am PST. After taking a two year break, I'm getting back into the game. Did badly on placements, and it's a strange experience having to deal with elo hell, because I avoided that when I played years ago. Got fed up with my lack of current knowledge and played 100 ARAMs while looking up every single champion and most items.

I was hoping to hit Plat, which seems similar to the old Gold tiers, but I'll probably settle for a random Gold tier, since I'm only gaining ~14 lp a game now. I main Skarner, but can fill any role. Also play Caitlyn quite a bit. I prefer to counterpick.
