Situation
Our current headcoach for a developed 5s team that was created about 4 weeks prior is now being replaced due to his player aspirations. Were now looking for someone to take up coaching responsibilities for the team.
What is Mirage?
Mirage itself is a eSports organization created around 2 years prior. It does have ownership over a Challenger LAN team with LAN professional players. Furthermore, it includes d3+ teams in both the NA and EU regions. It also includes a marketing team, video/graphic designers, fully designed website, complete staffing, and teams in various other competitive games. Set Schedule Teams have a reasonable schedule defined by coaching staff that players are expected to attend, while giving prior notice for absence.

Dedication Mirage Academy isn't for players that just want to show up and do what is expected. This organization expects results, and results derive from players going above and beyond what is in front of them. This includes practicing their role during off - hours, watching VODs / Streams, staying in tune with patch notes, etc.

Job Description / Characteristics

COACHING -We are looking for a head coach, not an analyst. Our organization has several top caliber analysts for game critique. However, we want someone to lead the team, manage the players, head pick ban / pre & post game discussions, make final decisions with comps, etc.

Commission - A set payment model is made based upon tournament/ league winnings amount. This model is planned to evolve to a salary based one around September.

Team Variety - Mirage academy currently has several League of Legends teams, as well as several teams in other eSport industries. As a result, you will have the option to work with a very large base of high-level players in differing games.

Autonomy - As a coach, you will have final say in all team matters. You are able to input your coaching style / procedures at your own pace, with the support of our management behind you.

Practices / Schedule - You are responsible for setting a schedule your team can consistently meet each week, as well as planning and running all practices.
