LF Gold-Plat Top Laner for Amateur LCS-Style tournament

My team is currently participating in Compete League's Gold-Platinum Premier League, an LCS-style tournament. We are looking for a Top Lane main that can be on for each week's CL games (these are between 7-12 EDT) and is willing to practice 3+ days a week as a team, our practices usually taking place in the late afternoon/evenings.
