Former Diamond 5 Orianna Main (currently Silver 1 due to 2 yrs break) looking for a smart duo

I have gotten to Diamond 5 in Pre Season 5, and plat 1 in season 4, with my Orianna and Kassadin. After 2 years of break, I came back but my mmr dropped to silver 1 due to inactivity, but I still dominating games with Ori again. Sadly, there are too many people who make really bad decisions in general.

I am Looking for Smart person to duo with since I wanna have at least one person who thinks and plays smart.

I would appreciate it if you :

1. are any role who picks meta champions ( not like Shaco or Mordekaiser )
2. buy control ward frequently
3. read minimap and back out if I call mia
4. don't engage in teamfight if it is 4v5 or 3v5 or 2v5.

I really want to get out of this elohell and go to diamond once again. I can carry mid for sure, I just want you to not make bad decisions everytime :)
