LF DuoQ partner to push for Plat. Currently G1 30 LP

I was Plat 2 last season, I mostly play mid but can play all roles (support would be second best). Hoping to find someone in a similar situation or a smurf who wants to help and has an account in this range and needs some LP on it.

edit: have all voice comm options, tend to win lane but can't carry the games, my cs needs some work, and I can't shot call so my teams tend to lose games we were ahead because we all group mid and don't do anything with our lead.
