Anyone interested should apply in the comments. I'll be looking over them and adding people with champion pools respective to our team. I will be shotcalling and leading the team as a whole through champion select.

Gold 4 at least, willing to give anyone G4+ an opportunity regardless of rank. I play a different style of league and want to teach a core group of players how to play and be successful.

unfortunately i know it but what are you gonna do solo queue is all i can do, and even then when people pick roles and champions they arent good on, it just makes it that much harder man

But my personal picks that I can make work any time are LeeSin JarvanIV Nunu Why I should pick you: I have very strong map presence and I care much more about getting the team ahead than myself. (but I'm not going to watch that 2% health leblanc run away waiting for you to last hit her). I rarely ever get flustered about the game. Even if it's ranked or in a competitive environment, I tend to stay focused. If a game is going bad and we're 15 kills behind, it's just more incentive to get vision denied/set on the map and start looking for that turn-around fight. If people are respectful to me, I'm respectful to them, and can work great in a team environment.

That all being said, I don't think being an ex-prof. COD player relates to this at all.
