1: What type of team are you looking for? (Casual, Serious, Relaxed, etc.) 2: What type of play would you prefer? (Ranked, Tournaments, etc.)

I'm looking for a serious team and would prefer climbing the ranked 5s ladder as well as some tournaments occasionally
