Looking for some silvers who think they have what it takes to get to gold.

Whats up guys, last season i was ranked Silver 5 but i wasnt very interested in playing ranked because every time i usually did, my friends would feed, due to them playing unfamilar champs and most of the time not even there main roles. But this season im looking for some new friends, preferably with mics and a dedication to League. I want to become a gold at least this season, possibly even higher. I want to show that i am better than what my ranking says i am. Currently i have climbed from my placements (Bronze II) back to silver V and i am ready to climb.
