Looking for dedicated players plat+ players

hello im looking to start a ranked 5s team with plat+ players. The goal of this team will be to reach as far as we possibly can in a non hateful enviroment. We want to try different strategy and try to become the best players we can be. We prefer if you have alot of free time so that you can play with the team as much as possible. Skype is needed because communication wins game. we are looking for a jungler and adc at the moment. We want to do double jungle/ 2v1 strats for practice. The team rank is silver 2 currently. add Ramp3 in game if interested.
