Looking for an ADC: Must be Gold 3 or Above

We have just made some changes to our ranked team recently in order to improve some of our weaker positions. Our previous main Jungler has been moved into a sub position and we have a new main Jungler. Our old ADC is being moved to the position of Support since we don't have a consistent Support. His expertise also seems to be further into the Support role rather than the ADC role. So now are looking for a good, consistent ADC for our team. Champs: (from highest to lowest comfort) Jinx, Lucian (unsure of viability post-nerf) Vayne (love Ashe, hard to build teams around so I never play it, especially in solo-q due to her reliance on teams/weakness vs assassins.)
