I'm looking to start an org for Gold - Plat as a start, but higher ranks are welcome.

Is there any tips for a starting org or a tournament you guys can point me to?

We are looking for a coach/analyst as well - add me in game for an interview and fill out the application below.

Also, tryouts will be Saturday-Sunday fill out the application below - add me in-game for any extra details.

List of past team experience: I have been on around 3 different teams in the past being one in a competitive league being in competeleague where we made it to the finals but lost 2-3. The other teams just died out and people just quit and it got no where overall.

Would you prefer to shot-call: Not really.

Do you have a microphone: Yes

Top five champions (Not mastery points, actual comfort - ALL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED):

Notes: Only main issue I may have with the team is that most nights I have to go out and eat dinner with the family and this time if from 7:30~8:30 I am available from: Week days: 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm 8:30 pm - 12:00 am Weekends: If I am not busy with things like the family then anytime.

If so, describe the experience and the ranks of the players: I coached on a high plat team, the highest we ever achieved was D5 in Ranked 5s

What is your availability: I work a 25 hour a week job and im on other than that

What would your pref pay rate be in tournaments (Percentage of prize pool):equal parts, its a team effort, if everyone is doing their job then we all win together

What is your reasoning behind joining this org:I dont know the org personally but i am always interested in meeting new players

Notes: I can be hard at times, i have high expectations of my players and respect goes both ways. A team that listens can go a long way, I take alot of notes and share them with the players for reference during solo practice after they have been gone over.

Role: JUNGLE/mid/top/support/adc respectively

List of past team experience: no Competitive team experience, but i am confident that i can be considered a "natural"

Would you prefer to shot-call: Yes, there is a depth to my game knowledge and im great at warning teamates of what im planning and what it looks like the enemy is trying to do. I keep track of certain cc spells and long cd spells(ofc this includes summs) so that the team can keep it in mind for planning and outplaying. I tend to lead teams into great rotations and map control

Top five champions (Not mastery points, actual comfort - ALL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED): Evelynn, wukong, nidalee, lucian, and karthus. In no respective order i can play them all pretty well. But i will add that evelynn and wukongs are my best for the jungle because of the invisibility, outplay, and teamfight potentiol that i intregate very well into the games. And that my karthus pocket pick for mid/top is my highest winrate in solo/duo ranked. Notes: I am very eager to be a part of competitive play. I will blend in easily and and show great results.

List of past team experience: I've been on a few teams since the send of Season 5, probably playing about 200 games in a team environment in the form of scrims or ranked 5's. Previously played on a Diamond Division CoD team and amateur Battlefield team.
