S4 Jg/Supp/Top LF ranked 5v5 team

I'd like to find a team that plays often and isn't easily discouraged. So many times I join a team, win a few games, then after the first loss everybody splits and never gets back together... I own all but 4 champs and there are only a handful that I can't play well, but my preferences at top and jg are for utility tanks (amumu, maokai, yorick, malphite, shen) or bursty fighters (WW, udyr, trundle, xin). The only supports I'm not good with are bard, tahm, and taric, and my best are thresh, blitz, ali, morg, janna, and lux.
