Creating Plat+team

What's up everyone, my name is TiChat. Looking to create a plat+ semi serious ranked team(currently Plat4, peaked at Plat 2 this season). What I mean by Semi serious is, its only gonna be a few days per weak (maybe 2-3). I'd be looking to make a schedule with everyone availability .

Requirements:

Be Plat or higher
Have a microphone
Be willing to learn
Be reliable ( on time, shows up)
show sportmanship
Be willing to learn champ and play meta pick

Not sure yet of the try out format. will possibly just pick players and try them out as it is. if a player doesnt fit with the rest of the team, replace it.
