Plat III Top/Jungle

I'm a Platinum III Top/Jungler testing the waters to see if there are any Ranked teams out there recruiting for what I'm looking for. I work until 8PM PST/West Coast during the week, so I need a late night crew.

Top - 5 best: Irelia, Jax, Jarvan, Hecarim, Wu'Kong Top Good/Strong: Kennen, Riven, Kayle, Yasuo, Gnar, Sion, Shen, Rumble, Elise, Maokai, Malphite, Shyvana

Jungle - 5 best: Wu'Kong, Vi, Hecarim, Master Yi, Diana Jungle Good/Strong: Elise, Kayle, Udyr, Xin Zhao, Rengar, Jax, Nocturne, Zac, Amumu, Kha'Zix, Gragas, Shyvana

I can play a the other lanes/spots rather decently as well, but these are my best.
