Creating another team Gold+ only

Do you have a working mic/Curse voice installed? Do you want to find a team that plays together on schedule 3-5 evenings a week? Are you looking to prioritize team play over norms/duo's/other teams with friends?

I want to climb and hopefully if you respond to this you do to. My last 3 teams records combined are 19 wins 5 losses. The only problem is getting the teammates to log in on time and be ready to go at the time the team agreed on. In my last 3 teams we have never won less than 31lp in a team win and we were skipping divisions. I'm hoping to create another similar team. I'm going to play mid unless we absolutely cannot find a player for another role I can fill. Mid is my main for sure but I've won tournaments in mid/supp/jg and can adc pretty well. You will never see me play top in any ranked or tournament setting.
