What's up guys?

Two friends of mine and I are looking for 2 players at the moment: A mid laner and a top laner. Rank does not mean much but it does matter just a little bit so with that said I'd prefer high silver at the least. My two teammates were gold 5 preseason and stuck in mid silver atm so I get it, it happens. I also prefer players on the East Coast. It's a little easier to plan for scrims and whatnot. Curse Voice is a must

What I do want in a player:

Committed: I get that you probably work or go to school (we have lives outside of league). I personally play every night after work. I would like 3 or 4 days to play as a team. Knowledge of the game: I obviously want players who know how to play the game. I'm not here to coach you in the middle of the game. Skilled: I'm not looking for the next Bjergsen (although that would be sick) because you wouldn't be here if you were that good but that comes with knowledge of the game and so on. The shot caller of the team will be a natural thing to happen. That's not something I will decide. Criticism: This is for everyone on the team. We'll go over what we did right and what we did wrong in the previous game. Mature: Age really isn't a HUGE issue since one of our players is 16. As I stated above, criticism is something I want everyone to be able to handle. Maturity will show when that comes into play.
