Looking for competent players with voice chat

So the title says it all. I'd like to get 5 people to play with in team builder or draft. That have voice chat ( Skype or curse). I'm currently level 20 but looking to do ranked at 30 so if people want we could turn it into a team. I currently main support and I can play Janna, sona, Leona, Annie, Morgana and I'm working on thresh, nami, and lulu . Reply here or add/msg me in game.

Edit: plays times are most days. I work 24 hour shifts so I can play morning and nights

As requested the time zone is est and more detailed times are 10:30 am - 2am on days Im off generally atleast 5 hours.

As far as ages go im a little older so I prefer older gamers 20+ but as long a you're mature I don't have a problem.
