Gold Jungler - LF Serious, Constructive Team

I've been playing league competitively since season 2. I was Gold season 3 as well as season 4. I'm looking for a team of high golds low plats to help improve upon my mechanics. Solo que can be frustrating, to say the least, and you flat out WON'T receive constructive criticism.

I'm available from 6pm-11pm EST mon-fri and I'm open all weekends.
