Diamond 5 Adc Main Looking for Team!

Hey all, just looking for a team to play ranked 5's/tournies/scrims with, if you wanna try me out i'm on atm and will be on for a while longer today as well as tomorrow. Champ pool(from strongest to weakest): Vayne/Jinx/Sivir/Kalista/Ezreal/Graves/Lucian/Caitlyn Strong points: Able to farm amazingly/Mechanics Strong/Consistent Weak points: Frustrated when people make unnecessary mistakes that are dumb. Can play 99% of the time and will be able to play a lot more soon. Looking for plat+ teams, if you aren't at that level im willing to ignore that if you are truly stuck in"elo hell" and are a better played then your elo portrays you as.
