Plat 3 LFT of 5 - Serious/semi-serious team

Since the release of dynamic queue, I've been struggling pretty hard to get back into diamond. I'm at the point where now i would like to try playing with a team instead of soloqing. I'm looking for a team that is serious about climbing, but also a team that is chill about the game. As in not caring about losing when it happens and so forth.

Looking for a team that is around my elo or higher. I've been Diamond 2 S3/S4 and Diamond 5 S5. You can add me on this account or on my smurf.
