Looking to climb out of platinum

Been stuck in platinum for a good month, it's been brutal, I was 1 game from being plat 1 and now I just keep getting trolled with crap like sivir mid, I'm a very solid jungler who plays gragas, and a pretty decent top as well. Hit me up if you're high gold or in plat at all, I grind hella hard, all I ask for is some competent teammates, I also use skype and curse btw.
