S4 Gold player LF 5's team

I'm a season 4 gold player who just came back to league after a couple months. Due to my work schedule i'm looking for a team thats plays either on sunday, monday, tuesdays ( anytime) or a team that plays around 9am EST- 2pm EST on any day. I have played since season 3 and i can play TOP, MID, or ADC at gold or above level.
