Making an improvement team.

I'm making a what I like to call "Improvement" team. Just looking for other people who I don't find annoying and can improve with. When we make mistakes after game we call each other on it. Must be willing to take criticism and give it. Must have mic (don't have to talk avidly, some people are shy I get it). My IGN is Imaqtpleb. HMU. Short and simple.

I'm definitely game for an improvement team. I play primarily Jungle and Mid lane in case that's relevant. I'll add you in game when I can.
