Team Icee, A Rebrand

Hello, I am the manager of Team Icee, or what is left of what was Prodigy eSports. We have a good support staff of myself and a coach, adding to that, we have a very capable captain and mid laner, who's ign is XP Boost. S4 he was g3 and he was just placed in s3 for season 5. We are currently looking for a solid roster, it is as follows right now:

Manager- AGT tar0 Coach- TercaLumireis Team: top- jg- mid- XP Boost (C) adc- supp- We would love for the rankings to be from s4, and that it is a go3-dia5 rank. I'll do any role any champ any play style. I was between divisions in gold because of bad players. Right now stuck in S3 rut cause of intent feeders or trolls or just people who do not care.

No offense, but your mid laner just placed Silver and you're requiring people to be high Gold? I made high silver last year, and will certainly make gold this year, but putting a restraint on who can join when you have 0 teammates is silly, imo.

He was g3 last season. He had a poor time in placements.

I think you and your resource staff would be better off managing a team that may actually get into NaCl. I don't possibly see what you can gain putting resources into players under diamond 5. To each their own though.
