#ELEMENT TOWN "Come Here For The Games, Stay Because Of The People"

Element Town currently is a small gaming community that is primarily focused on being a fun and reliable environment. We have existed for nearly 7 years exclusively and have decided to continue to exist into the future. Our services have been completely funded independently to exist until 2026 in order to Guarantee the Integrity and Reliability of the community's long term agenda. The Element Town community plays a variety of different games. We are always happy to invest in, try out and experience many new games presented by new players or include new players in the current games being played. We are also very happy to include the friends of current members or friends of new members; In fact, we encourage any positive and interactive individuals or social groups to join Element Town.

But wait Citizen! You're probably scratching your head asking, "what should compel me to join this small community?" Instead of focusing on what we can do for you, we would rather focus on what we will not do to you. Sometimes this is far more important.

#What We Don't Do: NO Forced Registrations You will not need to sign up on our website to start playing or chatting with us. Just connect to our TeamSpeak 3 server and say "Hello" to any one of our Keymasters to become a member. Once you're a member feel free to invite your friends at anytime. As a member you can make your friends members in a snap without even talking to anyone else. To learn more about this, just ask any Keymaster ranked member when you come online and they will help you freely.

NO Overbearing Etiquette Element Town does not have any expectations on how you must behave across the entire server besides the very obvious "no illegal topics". Etiquette is defined and enforced by each channel owner. I know what your thinking, but hold on there Citizen! Want a calm and focused environment where raging is inappropriate? That can be arranged by speaking to a Chairperson. Want an ARAM lobby where everyone goofs off, feeds, and calls each other out, while laughing about it over a drink? That can also be arranged by a Chairperson. Element Town has a very dynamic and accepting environment that wants to supply a space where you and your group of like minded friends can interact any way desired. We also want to open windows and doors to allow individuals to meet new people safely and comfortably.

NO Marriage To The Community Just because you want to hang out with us does not mean you are not allowed to hang out with other communities. We do not care if you are more active somewhere else, its totally fine. We do not care if you do not want to represent us. We do not care if you need to crash at our place while you find a new home or random couch. We just want to be what you need us to be. Isn't that what friends are for? We want a community that is all about interacting freely.

NO Evil Administrators Here at Element Town, we have a very dedicated and strong team of Logical, Rational, Compassionate and Common Sense Wielding Moderators and Administrators. Never will you ever get banned or burned just because someone doesn't like you and complains. Bans are only created to enforce our very specific server rules, for example "illegal topics" as mentioned above. If there is an issue between members that gets out of hand, we have very committed members who's specific responsibility is to sort out and handle confrontation. Nothing should ever be personal when it comes to business and Element Town's moderation and supervision is strictly conducted on a professional mentality. This concept is vital to our integrity as a free community of collective individuals expressing all kinds of interests and ideas.

#Moderators And Administrators: Within Element Town, our team works hard to support the community well. We have a few distinctions associated with our team. The best way to Identify these team members is to look at a members labeled icon attached to the right of the members name. This will clearly state one of the following team member's purpose.

• Royal: This individual is either a primary Administrator or a Founder of Element Town and focuses on improvisation and general supervision.
• Chairperson: This individual focuses on resolving conflicts, handling difficult situations, complaints and general issues that may arise between members.
• Keymaster: This individual focuses on supporting and assisting any and all new members in their first time experience. They are also there to answer questions. This individual is also responsible for promoting issues they cannot resolve to a Chairperson.
• Primordial: This represents a long term active standing individual who has been with our community for a number of years.
• Elemental: This is the designation awarded to active and supporting members of the community here at Element Town.
• Member: This is our first rank and allows moving throughout our TeamSpeak.
