Putting together a team to practice through the preseason and hit the next ranked season hard.

I've been playing league for awhile, but I just started getting into ranked last season. After one season I'm already sick of the inconsistency you get with random teammates. First and foremost I'm looking for friendly players that are willing to put the team's score before personal KDA. I'm looking to schedule two practices a week that would last about 3 hours each, and at least one set of three ranked games a week once the new season starts. I would prefer each applicant to have at least a 5 champ pool at their chosen role, though they don't have to be skilled with all of them. I don't have any requirements as far as current rank. We will be using Discord so you must have a mic, and push to talk will be required as a courtesy to everyone involved. Message me on league or on these boards if you're interested and we will set up a practice game to see how everyone fits together. In your message please include your main role and the champs that you usually play. I would especially welcome anyone with in depth game knowledge of champion interaction/synergy and a good head for tactics and strategy. For the time being I will be acting as in game team lead, although the role is open to anyone with the disposition and knowledge to fill it. *Edit: Hey guys sorry about the not replying for a couple days, things got out of hand at my work. I will be on Friday starting at about 1 pm Central/2 Pm Eastern, through most of the evening. I will be messaging and sending requests to anyone who expressed interest that I think will fit, and playing test games most of the afternoon. All final decisions regarding the roster will be made Friday and sometime that evening after the decisions have been made the team will get together to discuss practice and game schedules.
