Welcome everyone to the official recruitment thread of; Rumors of a Retribution [LeROAR]! DO NOT ADD ANYONE FROM THE TEAM, WRITE YOUR APPLICATION & FORBITTEN ROSE WILL ADD YOU!

A little about the team & players: LeROAR is a serious plat/diamond ranked team, our goals for the team is to gather synergy, practice & get to a point where we do tournaments at least twice a week. Within the next few months, we would hope to get our official team to diamond, so we can get our name out there! :) As the team progresses we will also be looking to get analysts and coaches. We will be looking for plat+ players, however we are open to lower ranks, obviously you'll have to prove yourself.

Currently this is our team: SyKo Sanity: I am the ADC. I am currently Diamond 5. Zahaross: Is the Jungler. He used to be Diamond and is currently Plat 2 this season. He is our main shotcaller. Marcu: Is the Top. He is Diamond 5. Forbitten Rose/Sara: She is our support and team leader currently. All requirement will happen through her. She will be doing interviews as well.

Currently searching for:

  1. Our main Mid laner.
  2. At least 2 subs, whom between the two of them can sub for each role.

How recruiting will work: Post on this board and you will be contacted by Forbitten Rose, filling the application is appreciated, however we will be doing an interview process, where we figure out all the important stuff and go through our rules. After we've interviewed, we will be doing two games to check your play style and see if we can all work together. We do have some quick rules posted here, because people that can't abide by these, need not apply.

Rules: -You must have Curse Voice. (Later on for tournaments, it will be on TeamSpeak, so that is something you need to be able to do in the future). -You must have a good personality, you must not be a flamer/rager/afk'er etc. -You must be able to take constructive criticism and hand it out in a constructive manner. -No "smurfs", that are in Bronze who can't add me on their main for various reasons... -No extreme immaturity, we aren't ageist, but if you are under 18, we do expect you to still live up to the standards set by everyone else.

Name: Minsuk Age: 20 IGN: Minsuk What you're applying for (Mid or Sub): Mid Role/s: Mid/Adc Rank: D5 Voice communication: I have all programmes, and a mic Top 5 Champions: Azir/Zed/Ori/Lulu/Ezreal/Vlad Weakest Champions: Jayce/Velkoz/Cho Strengths: I Like to make big plays, 1v1 out play, sometimes if i see it im able to do 2v1 outplay, communication, shot calling ect.. and positioning in team fights Weaknesses: Sometimes too aggressive if i see we are behind, i forget to upgrade trinkets a bit, if behind dont buy wards if not reminded XD Experience in a team environment (You don't have to have had any!): I've been in several tournies, and been in just casual ranked 5s that were plat ranked. What I can bring to the team: A fun attitude, a lot of dedication and willingness to listen to critique and help improve team, and myself as an individual. Learning Viktor and Ziggs Weakest Champions: I can play most champs but I'm not as consistent on them Strengths: Dominant laner that makes their jungler camp me Weaknesses: Sometimes I roam when I fall behind and it makes me fall more behind. Experience in a team environment (You don't have to have had any!): A little bit but we don't play much anymore. What I can bring to the team: A positive and fresh attitude that wants to win.

Weaknesses: mechanics somewhat specifically (lane mechanics needs work)

Experience in a team environment: played on a team for 2 months before we disbanded due to conflicting times we could play.

What I can bring to the team: don't flame and willing to learn. a friendly personality that will always encourage you but not afraid to speak up when something isn't working. i can bring a strong voice if needed in the shot calling position but since it doesn't seem as needed i can bring dependability if left alone i can hold my own but if helped i can convert my leads and snowball them.

Can play all Rank: Currently Plat 1, was up to D2 last season Voice communication: Prefer raidcall or skype. Top 5 Champions: Yasuo, Ahri, Ori, Liss, Zed. Know how to play ALL mid champs (Learning Ekko) Weakest Champions: None besides ekko Strengths: Very vocal in game, can be a shot caller. Almost always win mid matchups, even if countered. Been playing since beta, and have been in serious teams before, so experience is my strong point. Weaknesses: I work at a auto body shop, so some days I come home incredibly tired and probably wont be as vocal or energetic. Experience in a team environment (You don't have to have had any!): 4 Months with a ranked 5s team that made it up to plat 2, 2 Months with a team that made it to D3, and tons of small not serious teams. What I can bring to the team: My experience working with teams and how to coordinate within is pretty substantial if you ask me. However I have great mechanics, generally a good guy to get a long with, and always save my opinions for AFTER the game.

Weakest Champions:

Strengths: I feel like my biggest strengths are my mechanics, positioning, communication, and confidence level. I am a big communicator, especially when it comes to ranked 5s. I also feel like me, being a very confident person rubs off on my teammates, and it helps improve their play as well.

Weaknesses: I tend to play over aggressive in certain match ups, as well as try to make plays for my team while being super aggressive that I should not have tried.

Experience in a team environment (You don't have to have had any!): I have played on a couple serious ranked 5s teams that have gone to play in tournaments. I have always been matched up against solo que players that are higher ranks than I am and have ended up winning the games regardless.

What I can bring to the team: As mentioned in my strengths, I bring a high level of confidence and communication. Especially in mid lane where some shot calling is still needed, especially during laning phase.

Name: Pat Age: 18 IGN: Etherity9 What you're applying for (Mid or Sub): Mid Role/s: Mid and Support (Sub) Rank: Diamond 4 Voice communication: Curse and Skype Top 5 Champions: Varus, Kog, Lulu, Ori, Zed Weakest Champions: Azir and Cass Strengths: My strengths would be I'm mechanically sound, being able to position myself in team fights properly, and being able to communicate when the team is trying to make a decision. As a support and mid main, I stress vision control in terms of regular wards and pink wards. Im a bit excessive with the wards :D Weaknesses: I like to push the lane aggressively early on to force my opponent to farm under their turret and with long range mid laners such as varus and kog I can put alot of pressure on them. This creates an opportunity for the other team to gank my lane early on but if I'm to apply the pressure properly, I can roam and try to gain vision control. Experience in a team environment (You don't have to have had any!): I've been on a ranked team with my friends and we are currently silver 1. I was also a part of a diamond team as a top laner this season but we broke up due to different opinions on the team. What I can bring to the team: In the mid lane I try to stay at least even with the opponent and in terms of team fighting, I prefer to peel and kite while applying as much damage as I can. I believe I can help provide shot calling to the team but I will listen to the calls made by the number 1 shot caller.
