True Minded Gaming is looking for a broadcaster manager for our amateur LCS series

The broadcast manager will be directly responsible for his/her team of broadcasters, casters, analysts, etc. This could include

Assigning tasks weekly or as needed to ensure the broadcast each week will be a success Communicating with his/her team via our company communication system on status of ongoing projects Interfacing with upper management as to the state of affairs within the department Overseeing training of the casters and broadcasters as needed Track development of the casters and broadcasters to confirm individual growth is being observed and reported Observe the weekly broadcasts and give actionable feedback to the casters for immediate reflection after the day's stream Hold weekly meeting with the department and report those events in the weekly meetings with other head of staff Fill gaps in employment within the department after carefully vetting candidates for approval with upper management Being available for contact regularly during the day time and weekends during games The full list of job description may included fewer duties as the role progresses and may evolve overtime or morph slightly into a new role/position.

Possess a minimum one year of prior experience in management Be able to quickly familiarize him/herself with new technologies as they become relevant to the job Be accustomed to work in online environments Be able to set deadlines for him/herself and execute those deadlines as expected An exceptional candidate for this position would...

Be accustomed to work in unconventional structures Possess very applicable prior experience in the eSports world with emphasis on shout-casting specifically Compensation
