Starting a Diamond + 5s team (Very Serious) - Whos looking to compete at the highest levels!
Hello, I'm LainRebirth the captain of a diamond+ ranked team currently looking to fill ALL ROLES. The team is very serious, and players should be able to take and give constructive criticism. All players must be able to listen to coaches and then improve based upon what they say. The following requirements must all be met in order to be considered.
Maintain a rank of at least Diamond 5 Play 2-3 games of solo or dynamic Que a day on your main account. Have a working microphone and headset - Must be able to communicate well. Consistently make practices. Own a majority of the champions on your main account. Applicants must be at least 17, and it is preferable that they be older. The team will practice practice multiple times a week, the schedule currently is not determined but will be as soon as the roster is recorded.
I will be playing ADC or Mid lane depending on the necessity of the team.

Strengths: Buff control, shotcalling, teamfighting, creating picks on champions out of position
Weaknesses: Gank setup (can easily be corrected with good support and decent laners)
