Help with Ranked

Hey everyone, so I'm in Bronze 3 with 42 LP and my goal is Silver 5 by the end of the season. I know there's a lot of things that I do wrong, but it's hard for me to notice and correct them. My friends sometimes point them out but theyre bronze level also so I'm not sure if I should listen to what they say or not. I was kind of hoping that I could get someone in a higher ELO (preferrably gold+) to spectate a few of my ranked games and just email me to tell me what I did wrong or what I could do better. Also, I don't want to pay anyone so if this could be free that'd be great even though I'm sure not many people would want to do it for free.
