LF a team 5s

Hey guys I'm looking for a 5s team either in Silver or Gold or Plat. I'm currently in Plat 5. My main roles are Jungling (Maokai/Eve) and Support (Leona/Braum/Ali/Raka). I can also ADC (Twitch/Trist), but my ADC is probably low gold skills.

I honestly don't care too much about rank. I want to find a team that is active after 7PM - 11PM (PST) weekday or anytime weekend. (I'm a full-time worker)
