Top Diamond S4 LF Team Around Plat or Diamond

Hello,

I'm looking around for a team that is either placed around low diamond or high plat that is looking for a top laner. I peaked at diamond 2 last season then elo decayed down to gold in solo queue. I am not really interested in solo queue at the moment; I'm not particularly fond of the solo queue playstyle as opposed to organized 5s.

I am able to play a variety of champions at top, including (but not exclusively) , , , , , and more. I particularly favor and .

If necessary, I can provide recommendation references that are currently ranked Challenger and Master in solo queue.
