Diamond 5 ADC LF Team

Hi, I'm a D5 ADC coming back from a couple week break and im looking for either a casual or semi serious team to climb the ladder and improve at the game simultaneously. I finished S4 in D3 and hope to be back there within the week. Also had 2 smurf accounts 1 d4 another plat 1 90 points. I am normally on all day playing solo que sporadically throughout the day and im hoping 2 find a team that I can play and practice my mechanics with.

I have been on plat+ 5s teams and ive entered tournaments such as Go4LoL and have done pretty well. Id prefer a team that can give out constructive criticism and take constructive criticism equally to improve more as players and as a team all together.
