looking for duo partner(s) for during the week silver-plat

I'm gold 5 and i play really well sometimes and sometimes not so well admitedly, i need a duo partner who can help me stay in check and not do stupid things and at the same time help me to secure a good team mate when in this elo its unpredictable who you can get as you still get people who rage quit and dont know what they are doing. i would highly prefer if they had skype. i main mid>adc>top but im decent at all the roles.
