Serious Ranked 5s Team looking for a Coach

We are a Ranked 5s team (consisting of all gold ranked players) that currently meets 4 days a week, Fri - Mon. We play in an ongoing tournament and also in Ranked 5 team games. We really need a coach that can give us feedback all 4 days - if you can't be present, then we can record our sessions and provide them for review. Consistency is the main thing - we need someone that will stick with this and not quit showing up after the first week. We have a lot of organization - team planning doc, tournament research, roster strengths/weaknesses. We use Skype and Teamspeak to communicate.

Our main needs are Pick/Ban guidance, team composition, individual development, and of course team strategies and rotations. We are actually one of 3 teams under the same organization, so there are a multitude of opportunities for you if you are interested in something with one of the higher ranked teams.
