Bronze Jungler looking for an actual team

I've talked to so many people who want / have a serious or competitive team and nobody will even try you out or touch you if you're now gold or diamond or plat or whatever, but everybody complains they can't find teammates to stay for some reason, very weird to me.

I just want to play on a serious team, i've never been told i'm crappy at the game but apparently the elo is all that matters, i'm new and learning and if anybody would like to hit me up or needs a jungler, my ign is thetomyg78
