Looking to Create a serious ranked team wanting to make challenger series

Soloq rank requirement= silver 1+ must have Skype or curse voice schedule= Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays - 3:30 pm-9:30 pm EST at least 3 hours on weekdays Sundays most of the day roles- top-open jungle-open mid-filled adc-filled support-filled coach-filled must be serious and wanting to learn and help the team. that includes duoqing and learning each others play styles. we will be playing tier 1 comps and champs and will be expected to be on top of the meta. must be able to follow calls. we will work out shot callers after the team is formed. at least 75% of champs owned.
