Creating Gold ELO only team (All spots except ADC)

Hi all- I'm creating a Gold only team. My goal is to be able to work together and improve as a team. I want to keep it to Gold only just in case we decide to do any Gold and under tourneys.

I want to lay down a few ground rules before you add me:

1. Practice will be every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday @ 8pm EST. Do not add me if you cannot make these times.
2. I do not deal with toxic players- if you are toxic in any way, you will be kicked.
3. You must be able to take criticism - This team will focus on improving together. I understand I have areas I need to work on- as should you.
4. You must have Curse Voice with a working microphone- this is how we will communicate.

We will start playing tonight as soon as we get five- Look forward to hearing from you! (Add me ingame)
