Looking to coach teams (Serious teams only)

Hi :)

I'm looking to coach/analyze a few teams for competitive 5's, who will individually look toward improving their mechanical skills and rotational map play. I am currently gold 3 but I have been analyzing the pro scenes through streams and along the LCS, LCK and LPL.

Obviously I would not be a complete diary of knowledge for league, but I feel like analyzing other people's play and helping people succeed would not only help other people's play, but also help myself in the process, and at the end of the day the only way people can really improve is to get tips and strategy's to fully grasp what concepts they thrive in and what they lack in.

A few key area's I will look to analyze:

• Rotational play
• Team Comps
• Minon wave control
• Lane Swaps
• Objective control
• Teamfight preparation
• Tactical strategy's

Being gold myself, I can clearly state that mechanical play is a key factor into playing this game and winning over certain advantages, but that's honestly just the tip of the iceberg and alot more prep needs to go into it to fully succeed.

Here is a few requirements:

• You NEED to have your games recorded for me to analyze, and so we can all go over them collectively.
• Be open to criticism, I'm not mechanically good myself but if you want to succeed you need to be open to advice, and have an open outlook, if I say something and you flat out say "no I don't think so" and don't state your reasoning's as to why, I won't waste my time.
• Be active, I'm hoping to coach several teams at once due to how inconsistent teams seem to play on a daily basis, so just atleast try your hardest to appear online whenever you can.
• You will EACH need skype.
• You'll be okay with looking over team-games.
• Take things slow.. This isn't a fast process i'm going to give you, you're not going to get better fast and easy, learning and understanding the game takes alot of time and effort and real dedication.
• Be vocal, I'm totally okay with you or someone on the team being shy, but input is 100% needed in-order to improve
• understand that I'm not going to have all the answers, I can try and teach you as much as I can, and at the same time grasp knowledge along the way, but I'm nothing special, but a second opinion who does alot of research on the game is needed in-order to improve.
• Don't be moody, I don't have time to put up with temper tantrums.

I'm not looking for any real rank in-particular, just any offers that come my way.
