Critical strike gaming. Is looking for a top lane!

We are looking for a top laner. Right now and possibly another sub that can play 3 of 5 roles proficiently. We are a silver 3 team and play vs Plat teams we are still somewhat new and such and we are just looking for someone to fit the role best. We want someone who will work with a team and has a wide top champion pull so we can set up team comp accordingly. Also your rank must be above gold. Please post why you think you would work well with us ( kinda a application type set up ) we play 8 PM EST everyday.
