Hello, Dark Wave is recruiting. We are part of a huge organization with 3 teams, one of which is a challenger team. We are recreating one of the teams due to players dropping and leaving the roster.
You all must: Be able to accept feedback from coaches. Play well in our first tournament. You must sign up in the join us section of the website. All positions for now remain unpaid. You will not see payment/gifts for playing/behaving good until potential Sponsors fall through. This team must be your primary team, there are no side teams. You must play league out side of practice to improve yourself. When you apply, reference Dark Wave RipTide. While you apply at the site (You must go through the process), I will still have you guys tryout on your own so we can get a head start. Below is a list I want you all to fill out;

Coaches

(Yes/No): While coaching, you will be there for Picks & Bans, that includes tournaments. How much experience do you have with this and do you understand the importance of flex picks. It's very important to be able to change the team comp in Pick & Ban: Do you get a better understanding about the organization just by reading this thread?:
