LF Gold or higher Duo

This season I am getting to gold playing nothing but Support, its been very challenging, but I'm close, currently silver 1 and I started in bronze, I get matched with plat+ players, which I have no problem facing, but when Riot puts nothing but bronze and silver on my team.............
