Looking for Casual Ranked Team

I'm looking for a casual-serious ranked team, on my own I'm climbing to Silver at least by end of this season. Anyone looking for a top laner who can do support pretty ok but does decent in the rest? If so, just post below a description, I can do Skype, Teamspeak, and I can update Curse or download Discord if necessary Mainly looking for a team that wants to climb, but isn't planning on like Challenger or anything Has to have enough members to play often, Thank You!
