need 3 more players for ranked 5's

My buddy and I are currently looking for a TOP or JUNG (my buddy can play either), ADC, and SUPP. Teamspeak is what we will use for voice comms. Must have a good attitude and not rage if things go bad in game. Don't add me in game just post down below your IGN, Role, Champ Pool, and Rank and I will add you.

---EXAMPLE---

IGN - Le Toucan

Role - Mid

Champ Pool -

Rank (Season 4, Season 5) - Gold 3, Gold 4
