Looking to create Diamond+ ranked 5s team

Hey Guys! I'm a diamond support main and my friend(adc main) and me are looking to make a ranked 5s team. We would like everyone to be at least diamond but we may make exceptions for plat.

I would like someone to shot call in the early game and then i would take over in the mid to late. But i don't want the team to think i'm the only one that's allowed to make calls. I would want the entire team to be vocal about their opinions and ideas, inside and outside of games. If someone could do a better job at shot calling then me then i would have no problem with them taking over role as primary shot caller. I would let the team play their comfort picks as long as we can form a team comp around them.

In Top lane i would like someone that is very comfortable with Teleport but if they are confident if the match up and want to bring ignite that would be fine. The top laner would also have to be able or willing to learn how to do a 1v2 lane.

With mid i would like someone that would ward heavily on the map and roam. I don't really care what you play as long as you can survive ganks and hold your own in lane. Would also like them to have good synergy with the jungler and me as the support sense i like to roam mid whenever i can.

In the jungle i need someone that heavily wards and has great synergy with me(think Mata and Dandy). You need some solid map awareness and need to mix well with our solo laners. I'd like to leave most of the dragon and baron calls up to you since you have the smite.

Pretty basic post i know but i'd really like to just play with people and see how it goes. I figure thats the best way to see if your a good fit or not. So if you want to give it a shot just lemme know. My IGN is Crame Bot. Hope to hear from you.
