Need Ranked Team (S Top/Jungle/Support)

Looking for a serious team. I can play during the day but I get off past 9. (west coast) Top mains - Nasus, Teemo, Tryndamere, Jax, Dr Mundo Jungle mains - Warwick, Amumu Support - Blitz, Soraka, Zilean (I'm a hardcore split pusher btw)

Those are simply my best I can play more champs maybe just not as good, if you would like me to learn any meta champs just let me know and we can expand my champ pool. Add if interested and send me a message of why you added me or I wont know that its for the ranked team. I run Skype but not curse, its because I use my phone to keep my computer from lagging and there is no curse app that does voice chat.
