Looking for casual friends with a good understanding of the game

Hello, I'm edfmaster82. My friend and I are slightly above average players who don't play ranked. Were both around lvl 30. Were looking for friends who have a good understanding of the game. We don't necessarily want a team, just more people to play with. I primarily play top while he plays mid. We are very easy going, but find it sooooooo hard to find a game without trolls.
